When I first met this dress, and I knew it would be perfect. I tried it on and fell in love. We bought it that day. I couldn't help but show it to all the other bridesmaids in my party right away. However, there ended up being some real complications with the wedding and reception site. We booked a venue that was PERFECT, only to find out part way through planning our wedding that the owner was struggling with the select board to get her permits!! It was devastating.
With all that work down the drain, we decided to go for a different style wedding. We went very simple, outdoors with just a few family and friends in attendance and held a reception last year. Both events were too casual for me to display this fantastic dress and I would love someone else to have the opportunity to do so.
